Toria (Tori) Shaw Morawski, MSW, IICDP, FNAP, is a clinical social worker, certified diversity practitioner, and workforce developer. She excels in designing and implementing impactful global programs, projects, and initiatives. Her superpower is the ability to bring together diverse populations and unite them under a shared vision to achieve collective goals and reach milestones.
Through a blend of education, mentorship, and coaching, Tori empowers individuals and teams to unlock their highest potential. As the Founder and CEO of Globally Empowered, she is dedicated to advancing interprofessional workforce development efforts through assessments, training development, program/project management, research, growth strategy, and content creation with a diversity, health equity, and inclusion lens. Her unwavering commitment to fostering growth and creating positive change fuels the firm’s vision of a world where workforce diversity is celebrated across all sectors.
